Company Jacket Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing in Yerington, Nevada. We embroider company jackets and vests: soft shells for superintendents and sales teams, fleece for crews and offices, rain shells for field work, puffers and insulated vests for gifts, and Carhartt, OGIO, Eddie Bauer and The North Face for buyers who want a name on the zipper pull. Every piece is decorated in our own shop on two commercial embroidery heads with Rapos thread, by a team that has made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser. Most of our jacket work is for companies outfitting a whole team at once: construction leadership, dealership floors, utility crews, security staff and year-end gifts. These orders land in the 48-59, 60-79 and 80+ tiers, where embroidery drops to $5.50, $4.50 and $4.00 per piece (48-59, 60-79, 80+) and a J317 soft shell is $34.27, $33.27 and $32.77 all-in.

### Crew and field uniforms

Superintendents, techs, linemen, valets and officers need the logo visible from the front and often the back. We embroider the chest on the flat matrix and quote back text or logos per design. Hi-vis and FR pieces are quoted per job with ANSI classes respected. ### Fleece jackets and pullovers

### Rain jackets and windbreakers

Port Authority J333 Torrent and The North Face NF0A3LH4 for wet work and gifts. Sport-Tek JST73 and Independent EXP54LWZ windbreakers for teams, events and spring crews. Small embroidered chest logo or DTF for big art. All quoted per job.

### Vests and puffers

## Small runs and customer-supplied jackets

### 12 to 47 pieces

A small office or a single crew pays $6.00 per piece for embroidery plus the blank: $34.77 all-in for a J317, $27.57 for an F218. Digitizing is $18.99 once. No hard minimum below 12 either, it just costs more per piece.

### Jackets you already own

We embroider customer-supplied jackets for $2 per item handling plus the embroidery rate. The industry-standard ~4% spoilage allowance applies; we aim for zero. Thin puffers and rain shells are less forgiving than soft shells, so bring a spare on small runs.

## How to order

### 1. Send the basics

Logo (vector preferred, 300 dpi PNG is fine), quantity, jacket style and color, sizes, and where the logo goes. Use the [quote form](/quote/) or email. Quotes usually go out the same business day.

### 2. Approve the proof

We digitize the logo ($18.99 once) and send a digital proof showing it at size on the jacket. You approve or ask for changes. The 28-day clock starts at approval.

### 3. We embroider and ship

Blanks arrive from SanMar or S&S, the logo is sewn on our machines, each piece is checked, and the order ships ground from Yerington, Nevada, to one address, freight at cost.

**What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything.

**Is there a minimum order for custom jackets?** No hard minimum. Pricing starts at the 12-23 tier and breaks at 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 and 144 pieces. Smaller orders are fine; the $18.99 digitizing just weighs more per piece.

**How long does a jacket order take?** Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Quotes usually go out the same business day and proofs follow about two business days after we have artwork. Rush is quoted per job.

**Is Battle Born Clothing an authorized Carhartt, Nike and OGIO decorator?** Yes. Those brands are quoted per job with their pricing respected, and we decorate them in-house like any other blank.

**Where is the embroidery done?** In our own shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447, on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. Nothing is contracted out except DTF transfer printing, which comes from DTF Tribe in Carson City and is pressed here.

**What does digitizing cost and what is it?** $18.99 per design, one time. Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machine can sew. Standard turnaround on digitizing is two days, and we keep the file for reorders.

**Can you embroider a large logo on the back of a jacket?** Yes. Back designs over 6,000 stitches add $1.50 to $0.50 per additional 1,000 stitches depending on quantity (see the stitch count table on the pricing page). Block-letter text is the least expensive large back option; filled logos cost the most. On thin shells we recommend a DTF transfer instead.

**Can I supply my own jackets?** Yes. Customer-supplied goods carry a $2 per item handling fee plus embroidery at the normal matrix. The industry-standard ~4% spoilage allowance applies; we aim for zero.
